Employee Relations Specialist

A leading FTSE500 business is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join their EMEA team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, HR, or labor law, with a proven track record of managing complex employee issues and developing effective ER programs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business leaders and HR teams to create a positive ER culture and establish best practices.
- Developing and implementing ER strategies to prevent and resolve employee conflicts.
- Providing training and coaching to HR and business leaders on ER best practices and conflict resolution.
- Reviewing and revising policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.
- Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations and supporting the EMEA business unit.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience in employee relations, HR, or labor law.
- A Bachelor's degree or Law degree, with additional industry-specific training a plus.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix international structure, with a strong understanding of employment law across the EMEA region.
