Employee Relations Specialist

A leading Fortune500 business is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to cover the EMEA region.
The successful Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations across multiple countries, working closely with the HR team and business leaders to create a positive ER program and establish best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing ER strategies to promote a positive work environment
- Providing training and coaching to HR and business leaders on conflict resolution and ER best practices
- Conducting workplace investigations and managing process for conflict resolution
- Reviewing and revising policies and procedures to establish long-term positive employee relations
- Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations and supporting one of the largest and most successful business units across EMEA
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, or Labor Law, with a minimum of 5 years in a dedicated ER role
- Bachelor's degree or Law degree required, with additional industry-specific training a plus
- Proven track record of success in ER, with strong decision-making ability and sound judgment
- Experience working in a fast-paced matrix international structure, with the ability to work with senior levels and manage complex matters
- Experience coaching, training, and advising HR and business leaders on conflict resolution
- Ability to work with data to analyze and establish patterns and trends, and diagnose root causes
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage competing high-priority projects and cases simultaneously
