About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Checkmk GmbH. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess potential customers' needs and develop strategies to nurture leads.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team to identify and pursue high-potential leads.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Checkmk's products and services, and be able to confidently present them to potential customers.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data and results to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Initial experience in sales or a similar position, ideally within the IT industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage with customers.
  • Proactivity & Self-Organization: Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Basic Technical Understanding: A basic understanding of technical products and their benefits, with a willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
