About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at AWWG. As a Senior Sales Representative for Wholesale, you will be responsible for representing our brand, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale partners in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize customer relationships for existing accounts.
- Acquire new customers and develop customer relationships by closing new business agreements.
- Monitor and report on financial performance (business development, volume, and sales targets) and other KPIs (cross-sales with purchasing, best-sellers, opportunity cost analysis, claim to report, shipments, etc.).
- Develop sales strategies for Pepe Jeans in terms of lines, departments, customer types, minimum purchase quantities per customer, etc.
- Make decisions on product strategies for Pepe Jeans to adapt the product to the market.
- Lead key actions and communicate with the entire team to ensure perfect execution of our brand activities.
- Monitor the sales of our wholesale partners.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience and brand loyalty by communicating our performance promise and competitive advantages.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of German and English languages in writing and speaking.
- Studies in Business Administration or similar.
