Our mission is to revolutionize the field of gut microbiome research and therapy, targeting various indication areas such as irritable bowel syndrome, allergies, and obesity. With a strong focus on evidence-based products, we have established ourselves as a leading player in the over-the-counter (OTC) pharmaceutical sector.

Your Role

As a Country Manager Benelux, you will be responsible for leading our market strategy and operations in the Benelux region. Your primary objective will be to drive growth and success by developing and executing market plans, fostering business growth and development, and leading the way in e-commerce. You will be the initial contact person for our customers and will help us establish a strong customer service team in the Dutch-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market plans to drive growth and success in the Benelux region
  • Lead the way in e-commerce by tailoring our online shop to the needs and requirements of the Benelux market
  • Conduct market and competition analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Lead projects to improve our online shop and enable further growth of our product portfolio in Benelux
  • Establish and lead a strong customer service team in the Dutch-speaking market
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as economics or a similar field
  • Native-level Dutch speaker with excellent command of English and German (at least B2 level)
  • Profound knowledge of the Dutch and/or Belgium market particularities and culture
  • Strong drive and ability to familiarize yourself quickly with new areas of responsibility
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong sense of responsibility for your tasks
  • Ability to perform under pressure and navigate customer interactions with confidence
