Our research focuses on new treatments for various indications, including irritable bowel syndrome, allergies, and obesity. We leverage our expertise in marketing to effectively promote our evidence-based products, connecting with healthcare professionals and consumers through various channels.
Your RoleAs a Country Manager Benelux, you will be responsible for leading our market strategy and operations in the Benelux region. Your key objectives will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive market plan to drive growth and expansion in the Benelux market.
- Leading cross-functional teams to improve our online shop and product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and requirements.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Translating and localizing shop content, as well as designing audience-tailored newsletters to effectively engage with customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in a relevant field, such as economics or a related discipline.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch, with excellent command of English and German (at least B2 level).
- Profound knowledge of the Dutch and/or Belgium market, including cultural nuances and market particularities.
- A strong drive and ability to quickly adapt to new areas of responsibility.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of ownership, with a willingness to take calculated risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer interactions.
