Your Responsibilities- You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the British and Irish market, including steering all processes related to our Kijimea online shop.
- You will analyze market and competition trends to tailor the online shop to the needs and requirements of the respective markets, leading projects to improve our online shop and enable further growth of our product portfolio in the UK and Ireland.
- You will serve as the initial contact person for our customers and help establish a strong customer service team in the British market.
- You will translate all shop content and design audience-tailored newsletters to effectively communicate with our customers.
- You have a university degree in a relevant field, such as economics or a similar field.
- You possess excellent English language skills and a strong command of German (at least B2 level).
- You have in-depth knowledge of the British and Irish market, including its culture and nuances.
- You have a strong drive and the ability to quickly adapt to new areas of responsibility.
- You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of responsibility for your tasks.
- You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and can perform under pressure.
- You are positive, proactive, and able to navigate customer interactions with confidence, supported by your excellent language skills.
