About this role

Lenovo is seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Partnership Manager to join our Smart Collaboration team in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profit through strategic partnerships and sales activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new channel partners to drive revenue growth and profit.
  • Developing and executing operational plans to maximize revenue and margin for Lenovo Workplace Transformation products.
  • Leading the analysis of business metrics and performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues through effective contingency planning.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Staying up-to-date with market and competitive trends to provide expert advice to customers and partners.

About you

We are looking for a highly experienced sales leader with a strong track record of business development and partnership management in the IT industry. You will have a deep understanding of the channel ecosystem in the DACH region and be fluent in German and English.
