Key Responsibilities

include (but are not limited to):


• Design and implement effective processes for the random selection of vehicles and streamline logistics operations.


• Keep abreast of all regulatory changes related to type approvals across various vehicle lines and integrate these into the updated testing framework.


• Establish, document, and uphold procedures that detail all necessary information for the successful execution of tests, including submission requirements, execution methods, and expected outcomes.


• Assist in revising tests in accordance with the launch of new model years or vehicle lines.


• Conduct risk assessments for potential issues, formulate and initiate necessary countermeasures, and escalate concerns when test results are unfavorable or safety is compromised.


• Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders (Engineering, Vehicle Compliance, Production, Logistics, etc.) to align the CoP Test plan, ensuring that the intended testing strategy and targeted vehicles meet market requirements.


• Oversee the comprehensive execution and tracking of testing activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CoP-P and CoP-Q).


• Develop the annual testing agenda associated with CoP activities, incorporating risk assessments into all decision-making processes.


• Manage the execution of all tests outlined in the CoP testing agenda.


• Ensure timely completion of all testing activities.


• Compile all testing reports and generate comprehensive CoP documentation.


• Guarantee thorough analysis of the content within test reports.

Qualifications Required:


• A relevant academic degree, preferably with a focus on Quality Assurance or related fields, and familiarity with CoP-related subjects (regulations, testing protocols, functional safety, cybersecurity, software management, etc.).


• 3-5 years of experience in a Tier 1/2 automotive supplier or automotive OEM, particularly in areas related to CoP activities.


• Proficiency in both German and English is essential, with French as an additional asset.


• Strong analytical thinking, task prioritization, and effective time management skills.


• Excellent communication abilities, team-oriented mindset, and the capacity to moderate discussions while being empathetic yet persuasive.


• Project Management and/or change management certification is a plus.


• Proven project leadership capabilities.


• Keen attention to detail and technical specifications.


• Exceptional organizational skills, technical expertise, and a results-driven approach.


• A confident and outgoing personality with strong networking skills among peers, management, and external partners.


• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
