We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conformity of Production (CoP) Lead to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a CoP Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our vehicles with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement robust processes for randomizing vehicle picks and automating logistics processes.
- Monitor regulatory updates and reflect changes into the test plan.
- Define and maintain procedures for test implementation, including information submission, execution, and expected deliverables.
- Support updates to tests in line with new model years or car lines.
- Risk assess upcoming issues and define countermeasures, escalating if necessary.
- Align the CoP Test plan with stakeholders, including ENG, VC, Prod, LOG, and others.
- Implement and monitor testing activities to comply with regulatory requirements.
- Manage activities around test implementation and supervise timely delivery.
- Collect and analyze test reports, generating CoP reports as needed.
- Academic degree in a quality-oriented field or additional training in CoP-related topics.
- 3-5 years' experience in a Tier 1/2 automotive supplier or OEM, with a focus on CoP-related domains.
- Excellent command of German and English, with French being a plus.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Effective communication, team spirit, and moderation skills.
- Project Management and/or change management certification advantageous.
- Strong project leadership, organizational, and technical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and technicalities.
- Outgoing and confident disposition with excellent team working and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel for business trips.
