Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Conformity of Production Lead to join our team at INEOS. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust processes for the randomization of picks of cars/partial builds and automate logistics processes.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and reflect them into the actualized test plan.
  • Define, set up, and maintain procedures for successful test implementation.
  • Support test updates in line with new model years or car lines.
  • Risk assess upcoming issues and define necessary countermeasures.
  • Participate in the alignment of the CoP Test plan with stakeholders.
  • Implement and monitor testing activities to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage activities around test plan implementation.
  • Supervise timely test delivery and collect test reports.

Requirements

  • Academic degree with a Quality-oriented background or additional training.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a Tier 1/2 automotive supplier or OEM.
  • Excellent command of German and English, with French being a plus.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication, team spirit, and moderation skills.
  • Project Management and/or change management certification advantageous.
