Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities with enterprise clients in Germany.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Emphasize Okta's core values and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Position Okta as a leader in the Identity and Access Management market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales success.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in software sales, with a focus on enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of the German market and its unique sales dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in German and English.
