Okta, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the DACH region.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings with enterprise clients in Germany (4k to 20k employees);
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets;
  • Embody Okta's core values, including a passion for technology and a commitment to customer satisfaction;
  • Position Okta as a leader in the Identity and Access Management market;
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT decision-makers;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales success and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of the DACH market;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective sales strategies;
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages;
  • Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology and a strong understanding of the sales process.
