Business Development Specialist

We are a Japanese ceramic manufacturing company with a rich history in Japan, renowned for our top-class materials with high thermal conductivity. Our products are used in various industries, including electronics, semiconductor equipment, and lighting.
We are expanding our presence in the EU market and are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in Munich, Germany.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to discover new opportunities in the EU market.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to drive growth and expansion.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers in the EU.
- Lead sales strategy initiatives and achieve set objectives.
- Manage customer databases and lead accounts.
- Prepare regular reports for line managers.
- Visit prospective customers to promote Maruwa's products and participate in trade shows as required.
- University degree in an Engineering field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development of electronic components or semiconductor industry within the EU.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to accomplish short- and long-term assignments.
- Knowledge of electronic components market in the EU and semiconductor technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
- Frequent travel within the EU and occasional international travel.
- Location: Munich Office, Germany.
- Form of employment: Full-Time.
- Working hours: 38.5 hours/week.
- Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, Public, and Regional holidays.
- Salary: Negotiable.
