Job Title: Product Development Manager

At HARTMANN, we're committed to helping healthcare professionals deliver exceptional care. We're seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of our Wound Care portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new products and technologies in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage and lead projects throughout the development lifecycle, including design reviews, technical reviews, and project gate reviews
  • Prepare and present project status at all levels of the company
  • Take technical responsibility for a dedicated product assortment in the field of advanced wound care
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, production, supply chain, and regulatory affairs
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in natural science or engineering, with a focus on medical technology, polymer science, or chemistry
  • Experience in project collaboration and/or project management
  • Experience in the field of wound care and medical devices
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations and associated subject areas
  • Fluent in English and German
