Job Title: Developer (German & English)About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG - Karriere. As a key member of our Innovation and Development team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of products that make people's lives better.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Idea Generation: Develop innovative ideas for new products and technologies that meet the needs of our customers and the market.
  • Product Development: Lead the development of new products in compliance with relevant regulations and standards, ensuring that they meet the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Project Management: Manage and lead projects throughout the development lifecycle, including Design Reviews, Technical Reviews, and Project Gate Reviews.
  • Technical Responsibility: Take technical responsibility for a dedicated product assortment in the field of advanced wound care, ensuring that products meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, production, supply chain, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Documentation: Support the wider company in the maintenance and updating of documentation in accordance with relevant requirements.
  • Product Compliance: Ensure that products comply with all relevant rules and guidelines, including medical device regulations.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in natural science/engineering (e.g., medical technology, polymer science, chemistry) and the associated production technologies.
  • Experience in project collaboration and/or project management.
  • Experience in the field of wound care and medical devices.
  • Experience in the design and processing of polymeric materials.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations and associated subject areas.
  • Fluent in English and German.
