Contribute to the Development of Innovative Wound Care Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Product Developer to join our team at PAUL HARTMANN AG - Karriere. As a key member of our Wound Care portfolio development team, you will be responsible for generating new ideas for products and technologies, developing new products in compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and managing projects throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative product ideas for the wound care market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Manage and lead projects from concept to market launch, including design reviews, technical reviews, and project gate reviews
  • Prepare and present project status to various stakeholders
  • Take technical responsibility for a dedicated product assortment in the field of advanced wound care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless product development and launch
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in natural science/engineering (e.g. medical technology, polymer science, chemistry) and the associated production technologies
  • Experience in project collaboration and/or project management
  • Experience in the field of wound care and medical devices
  • Experience in the design and processing of polymeric materials
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations and associated subject areas
  • Fluent in English and German
