About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our Investment Compliance Team at Universal Investment. As a key member of our Center of Excellence Department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Client Management
    • Analyze and create new legal, contractual, and customer-specific investment rules in SimCorp Dimension (SCD)
    • Organize integration, system, and acceptance tests, as well as the transfer of SCD into production
    • Prepare and implement test activities
    • Resolve problems, provide support, and troubleshoot issues
    • Develop process and test documentation
  • 2nd Level Support and Services
    • Provide support to clients, including monitoring limit violations
    • Monitor rule changes and implement them in the system
    • Expand internal and external investment compliance business processes
    • Continuously develop process automation
    • Implement new test criteria and monitoring functions
    • Analyze and correct errors in the system
    • Accompany the implementation of system release tests
    • Support pre-sales activities in acquiring new customers
    Requirements
    • Degree in business, computer science, financial mathematics, or comparable professional training
    • At least two years of experience in applying or implementing SCD Compliance Manager
    • Experience in configuring and parameterizing business rules in SCD
    • Good knowledge of the investment compliance environment, especially in legal regulations (e.g., KAGB, DerivateV, VAG, SGB VI)
    • Fluent German and English language
