Business Development Specialist

Job Overview
CS Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to strengthen the development of our space business in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with sales teams, and negotiating contract terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Track, identify, and add qualified leads to the sales pipeline
- Support and coordinate proposal writing for client tenders
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in technology-related sales or business development, preferably in the space industry or an equivalent engineering industry in an international environment
- Strong interpersonal and commercial skills to interact, develop professional relationships, and negotiate with customers at all levels
- Highly motivated and accustomed to working independently, but also able to work effectively in a team
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French or German or another European language is an advantage
