Sales Role Overview
We are seeking an Executive Sales Specialist to join our Berlin team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets across our Berlin locations. Your role will involve pipeline management, partner relationship management, brand management, qualification, touring, negotiation, and reporting.
Pipeline Management
You will use multiple lead streams to ensure your sales pipeline is filled with qualified leads. This includes identifying companies that may be a good fit for AVOMIND and targeting prospects directly via email campaigns. Your goal is to hit monthly and annual revenue targets while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Partner Relationship Management
You will work to build new and maintain existing relationships with commercial brokers and referral partners. This involves keeping them updated with availability and latest offers, as well as leveraging these relationships to bring more qualified leads into our spaces for viewings.
Brand Management
You will be an ambassador for the AVOMIND brand and look to further this brand within the Berlin Real Estate market. This involves managing new business enquiries, engaging in consultative qualification exercises, and educating prospective members on our products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably working with outbound and channel sales. You should have experience building sales strategy based on market analysis and driving results-oriented sales performance. A background in coaching junior team members is also desirable. Fluency in English is essential, while German is a plus.

As an Executive Sales Specialist at AVOMIND, you can expect a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
