About the Role

Mühlbauer Parts & Systems is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the technical and commercial operations of customer orders and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical and commercial handling of customer orders and projects
  • Creation and development of customer-specific sales strategies and responsibility for their dynamic implementation
  • Customer relationship management and new customer acquisition
  • Financial responsibility for order intake
  • Calculation of individual parts and mechanical assemblies
  • Creation of work plans and project plans
  • Optimization and further development of internal processes
Requirements
  • Completed technical or commercial education, preferably with further education or comparable qualification
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Secure handling of IT, Microsoft Office, and SAP
  • Confident appearance and developed negotiation skills
  • Flexibility, team spirit, and resilience
