About the Role

This Key Account Manager - Graduate Entry position presents an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join our sales team and drive business growth in the DACH region.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences, identify business opportunities, and implement effective solutions.

Your role will involve:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a passion for sales.
  • The ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
  • Familiarity with the DACH market and its retail landscape.
  • Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
Location

This role is based in Schwalbach Am Taunus, Germany, and requires frequent travel to meet with customers and colleagues.
