Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at HR XPERIENCE GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects, managing a dedicated warehouse team, and coordinating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing projects and ensuring timely completion.
  • Organize and manage a dedicated warehouse team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Prepare, manage, and archive employee documents, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Create work schedules and handle payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Resolve employee issues and maintain a positive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Keep track of operational indicators and cost calculations, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Work with the recruitment department to plan staffing needs, ensuring adequate resources to meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Facility department to provide accommodations for project-assigned employees, ensuring seamless integration.
Requirements
  • Excellent command of Romanian (C1 level) and good knowledge of German (at least B1+ level).
  • Valid category B driver's license and proficiency in computer use.
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility in adapting to organizational changes.
  • Willingness to travel to Germany for business (about 30% of your monthly working time).
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
