Programme Coordinator for Preparatory and Language Programmes

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Programme Coordinator to join our team at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences (UE). As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our preparatory programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the administrative aspects of preparatory and language programmes.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the delivery of programmes.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and support to students enrolled in preparatory and language programmes.
- Collaborate with student service departments to develop and implement support initiatives aimed at enhancing student success and retention.
- Conduct interviews with applicants.
- Organize and proctor exams and placement tests.
- Coordinate lecturers and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and spoken language skills in German and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
- A high degree of initiative, organizational skills, teamwork, reliability, commitment, loyalty, and flexibility.
- Completed vocational training or university degree or relevant practical experience in customer-oriented administration in higher education.
- Experience with university management systems such as CampusNet desirable.
- Knowledge of preparatory and language programmes, e.g. teaching experience in language courses, and/or experience in higher education administration.
