About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Professional Services team as a Project Coordinator - German Language. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and contribute to the success of our business.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our company. Your focus on customer satisfaction will drive the success of our business, and your ability to develop streamlined processes will help us to deliver our services more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule appointments with customers, ensuring timely communication and organization.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate solutions to improve our onboarding and operations processes.
  • Develop streamlined processes to improve the onboarding experience for our customers.
  • Create informative fact sheets and collateral to ensure that our customers have all the information they need.
  • Actively engage with customers to ensure that their needs are being met and their feedback is being heard.

Requirements:

  • Native level German speaker and strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about delivering the best experience for our customers.
  • Currently enrolled as a student in the field of business, marketing, urban planning, architecture, sustainability, or any other related field.
  • Proactive way of thinking; organized and possessing strong time management skills.
  • Solution-focused and open-minded personality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
