Job Overview

As a passionate and fluent German or Dutch speaker, you have the opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Agent, Technical Support Specialist, or Digital Marketing professional in one of our vibrant locations throughout Spain, Greece, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Germany, Belgium, Poland, or Slovakia.

We offer a competitive salary of €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous relocation package, which includes assistance with accommodation and/or flights, you will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, or chat support.
  • Assist customers with technical issues, product inquiries, or other concerns.
  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to engage target audiences and drive business growth.

Your success will be measured by your ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth and development of our company.

Requirements
  • C1 level fluency in German or Dutch, plus strong English communication skills (B2).
  • 6-12 months of experience in customer service, sales, or digital marketing.
  • EU passport/ID or residence permit for the country you are applying for.
  • MBO secondary vocational education/high school diploma.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with technology and social media platforms.
