Inbound Sales Account Representative

About the Role
As a key member of our inbound sales team, you will play a vital role in representing think-cell in all our inbound communication. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to incoming email inquiries and calls, helping our customers with purchasing licenses and placing their orders.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Represent think-cell in all our inbound communication
- Respond to incoming email inquiries and calls, providing excellent customer service
- Work closely with our outbound sales team to identify and move forward opportunities, clearing administrative obstacles for closing sales
- Collaborate with our resellers and train new ones to ensure alignment with our sales procedures
- Focus on building long-lasting customer relationships, as most of our first-time customers turn into recurring customers
- Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with tech-savvy purchasing agents
- Work in a team of international colleagues in a flat organizational structure
- Be outgoing, well-spoken, and have some understanding of computer technology and office software
- Work from our offices located in Berlin
- Travel is not necessary
Your Profile
- University degree or professional training preferred
- Experience in administrative or sales support roles
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce) and sales-related tools
- Experience in a SaaS or tech environment welcomed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Open and outgoing
- Passion for working with interesting customers and coworkers
- Fluent in written and spoken English
