Customer Success and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success and Business Development Manager to join our team at Certivity in Munich.
Certivity is a tech startup that digitizes the way product makers manage regulatory requirements to be compliant.
Your MissionAs a Customer Success and Business Development Manager, you will:
- Support the team in business development and customer success;
- Guide customers during onboarding with the Certivity platform;
- Troubleshoot issues experienced by customers;
- Be heavily involved in customer projects along with the CEO and CPO;
- Work with high-level customer contacts and prepare and deliver projects to success for happy customers;
- Implement key processes and influence the growth of Certivity;
- Work on the expansion of Certivity into new areas.
This role is perfect for someone with:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Scaleup, VC, or fast-paced environment;
- High ownership and responsibility for projects;
- A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills to work with different teams and stakeholders;
- Fluency in English (company language) and German.
