About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success and Business Development Manager to join our team at Certivity in Munich.

Certivity is a tech startup that digitizes the way product makers manage regulatory requirements to be compliant.

Your Mission

As a Customer Success and Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Support the team in business development and customer success;
  • Guide customers during onboarding with the Certivity platform;
  • Troubleshoot issues experienced by customers;
  • Be heavily involved in customer projects along with the CEO and CPO;
  • Work with high-level customer contacts and prepare and deliver projects to success for happy customers;
  • Implement key processes and influence the growth of Certivity;
  • Work on the expansion of Certivity into new areas.
Your Profile

This role is perfect for someone with:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Scaleup, VC, or fast-paced environment;
  • High ownership and responsibility for projects;
  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills to work with different teams and stakeholders;
  • Fluency in English (company language) and German.
