About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success and Business Development Manager to join our team at Certivity in Munich.

Your Mission

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving Business Growth: Support our team in business development and customer success initiatives.
  • Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through the onboarding process with our Certivity platform.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues experienced by customers and provide timely resolutions.
  • Project Management: Work closely with high-level customer contacts to prepare and deliver projects to success.
  • Process Improvement: Implement key processes and influence the growth of Certivity.
  • Expansion: Work on the expansion of Certivity into new areas.
Your Profile

This role is perfect for individuals with:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of ownership and responsibility for projects.
  • A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (company language) and German.
