Toskanaworld AG is a successful company in the health and wellness sector, as well as in the hotel and gastronomy industry. Our group includes the renowned Toskana Thermen, several hotels, a rehabilitation clinic, and a media production company, which are located in various federal states across Germany.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) in full-time (40 hours per week) at our location in Bad Sulza. The employment contract is initially limited to one year. Travel readiness is assumed.

- Completed studies in tourism or event management or a comparable qualification and corresponding long-term professional experience in the service and sales sector
- Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, as well as experience with Zoom, MS-Teams, and LinkedIn. Experience in content creation for the website is also an advantage
- Negotiation skills
- Confident, empathetic, and polished appearance
- Secure communication with customers in German and English. French would be an additional plus
- Reliability, flexibility, and high self-motivation
- Independent and self-responsible working style, as well as discretion, care, and empathy
- Interdisciplinary thinking, as well as cooperation and team skills, structured and analytical working style
- Travel readiness within Germany and, if necessary, abroad (trade fairs, congresses, key accounts)
- Engaged marketing of the Toskanaworld AG portfolio across locations for the congress and event sector, especially addressing companies, associations, NGOs, and event agencies in Germany and abroad
- Integration of media production into the realization of virtual or hybrid conferences in cooperation with conference and event locations, congresses, or events
- Application of film productions and TV offers
- Cooperation with local authorities and introduction of Toskanaworld AG into corresponding events
- Close cooperation with residence managers, event management, marketing, and reservations departments, as well as media production
- Targeted consideration of customer wishes in the creation of offers to develop individually tailored customer solutions
- Development of market development strategies and creation of the necessary content for customer approach together with the marketing department
- Support in the further development of product concepts and after-sales customer care
- Direct reporting to the Operations Board
