Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) in full-time (40 hours per week) at our location in Bad Sulza. The employment contract is initially limited to one year. Travel readiness is assumed.

What You Bring
  • Completed studies in tourism or event management or a comparable qualification and corresponding long-term professional experience in the service and sales sector
  • Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, as well as experience with Zoom, MS-Teams, and LinkedIn. Experience in content creation for the website is also an advantage
  • Negotiation skills
  • Confident, empathetic, and polished appearance
  • Secure communication with customers in German and English. French would be an additional plus
  • Reliability, flexibility, and high self-motivation
  • Independent and self-responsible working style, as well as discretion, care, and empathy
  • Interdisciplinary thinking, as well as cooperation and team skills, structured and analytical working style
  • Travel readiness within Germany and, if necessary, abroad (trade fairs, congresses, key accounts)
What You Will Achieve
  • Engaged marketing of the Toskanaworld AG portfolio across locations for the congress and event sector, especially addressing companies, associations, NGOs, and event agencies in Germany and abroad
  • Integration of media production into the realization of virtual or hybrid conferences in cooperation with conference and event locations, congresses, or events
  • Application of film productions and TV offers
  • Cooperation with local authorities and introduction of Toskanaworld AG into corresponding events
  • Close cooperation with residence managers, event management, marketing, and reservations departments, as well as media production
  • Targeted consideration of customer wishes in the creation of offers to develop individually tailored customer solutions
  • Development of market development strategies and creation of the necessary content for customer approach together with the marketing department
  • Support in the further development of product concepts and after-sales customer care
  • Direct reporting to the Operations Board
