DORST Technologies GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our special machinery construction division.

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and manage relationships with both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, providing expert consultation on our products and services, and negotiating contracts to secure deals.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers in the special machinery construction sector.
  • Provide comprehensive support and guidance to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare detailed and compelling offers tailored to individual customer needs, effectively presenting our value proposition.
  • Conduct both domestic and international client visits, building strong relationships and understanding market dynamics.
  • Lead negotiations for sales contracts, effectively addressing client concerns and securing mutually beneficial agreements. Analyze lost sales opportunities to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments, contributing to product development initiatives and identifying new growth avenues.
  • Manage key accounts strategically, ensuring their continued success and maximizing revenue potential.
Your Qualifications:
  • A successful academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales within the capital goods industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of complex machinery and systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and effectively convey technical information.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective client interaction.
