Your Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and motivating our customer service representatives. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high quality standards, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of customer service professionals
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Develop and refine processes to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to personnel planning and recruitment initiatives
  • Address complex customer inquiries and provide support to team members
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in customer service, particularly within the travel industry. You possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Required Qualifications
  • A degree or commercial education
  • Several years of experience in customer service with a focus on tourism
  • Familiarity with customer service software and processes
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Service-oriented and empathetic personality
  • Fluent in German (both verbal and written)
