Your RoleAs a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and motivating our customer service representatives. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high quality standards, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of customer service professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient handling of customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor quality metrics and implement strategies to continuously improve service delivery and exceed customer expectations.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in customer service leadership, a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- A relevant degree or commercial education.
- Several years of experience in customer service within the travel industry.
- Familiarity with customer service software and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- A service-oriented and empathetic personality.
- Fluency in German (both written and verbal).
