Logistics Support Analysis Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistic Support Analysis Engineer to join our team in Hennigsdorf. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance and support of our rail mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance plans and designs for Logistic Support Analysis elements, ensuring compliance with DFS targets.
- Define and manage spare parts, ensuring optimal availability and minimizing costs.
- Validate support solutions and associated maintenance documentation, special tools, and training toolkits.
- Manage and capitalize data in the central ISR repository, ensuring seamless integration with our ILS PDM system.
- Lead the LSA team in tender or project environments, ensuring QCD commitments are met.
- Develop and implement LSA management plans, ensuring technical interfaces with RS, Components, Signaling, and Infra teams are maintained.
- Ensure DFS is correctly applied to Sub Systems, and REX is collected and considered.
- Manage the Definition of Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) in consistency with Design Engineering BOM definitions.
- Elaborate maintenance plans and LCC calculations, analyzing and optimizing for maximum efficiency.
- Manage relationships with sourcing for ISR requirements, ensuring compliance with sourcing clauses.
- Ensure the LSA database (ILS PDM) is defined and completed correctly, ensuring compliance between Spare Part consumption models and maintenance strategies.
