We are seeking a skilled Sales & Marketing Agent to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Berlin, Germany.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
About the RoleIn this role, you will play a key part in promoting our products and services, engaging with clients, and driving business growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, identifying client needs, and providing tailored solutions through our products and services.
Main Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful sales strategies and drive business results.
- Languages: Fluency in Czech (C1 level or above) and proficiency in English for internal communication.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business administration).
