As an HR and Talent Strategy Intern at Consultport, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, engage, and attract top European talent using diverse channels such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and community events.
- End-to-End Recruiting: Learn to manage the entire recruitment process, from writing compelling job descriptions to giving feedback and making offers.
- Employer Branding: Drive new initiatives, build the employer brand, strengthen relationships with partners, and serve as a company ambassador at events.
- High-Performance Work Culture: Co-develop initiatives, guidelines, and best practices to improve the work environment and get the best out of people.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- An entrepreneurial mindset: Think ahead, create opportunities, and bring solutions to life.
- A passion for start-ups and entrepreneurial ventures.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect topics from multiple domains.
- Previous professional experience in a high-performance environment, preferably in consulting, sales, or start-ups.
- Fluency in English is a must; German and French are nice to have.
