About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced After Sales Service Specialist to join our team at MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with international customers, providing timely and effective communication to ensure their needs are met.
  • Interface Management: Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, order management, and technology teams to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution.
  • Tender Management: Work on international tenders and feasibility assessments to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Service Offerings: Independently process service and maintenance offers, including commercial and technical clarification, to provide customers with tailored solutions.
  • Spare Parts Quotations: Create and process spare parts quotations to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Support: Provide on-site support during customer visits, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Business Development: Drive forward the day-to-day business, identifying opportunities to optimize and expand sales of service production.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed studies in industrial engineering or comparable training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) with professional experience and further training as a business economist.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic technical understanding is desirable.
  • Customer Experience: Experience in dealing with customers is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is required.
  • Teamwork: High ability to work in a team, willingness to achieve goals, and find solutions, and willingness to travel.
  • Language Skills: Good written and spoken German and English skills are necessary.
