After Sales Service Specialist (m/w/d)

After Sales Service Specialist (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Aktive Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden im Bereich After Sales Service
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Auftragsverwaltung und Technik
  • Arbeit an internationalen Ausschreibungen und Machbarkeitsbewertungen
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Service und Wartungsangeboten inkl. kommerzieller und technischer Klärung
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Ersatzteilangeboten
  • Übernahme der Kundenbetreuung bei Kundenbesuchen (intern/extern)
  • Vorantreiben des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Umsetzung von Projekten der Optimierung sowie des Ausbaus des Vertriebs von Serviceproduktion und Vorantreiben dieser
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/frau (m/w/d) mit Berufserfahrung und Weiterbildung zum/zur Betriebswirt*in
  • Technisches Grundverständnis wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, sowie SAP Kenntnisse
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Ziel- und Lösungsbereitschaft, sowie Reisebereitschaft
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
