After Sales Service Specialist

To strengthen our team, we are looking for:

After Sales Service Employee (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive communication with global clients regarding after sales services.
  • Act as a liaison among clients, sales teams, order management, and technical departments.
  • Participate in international bidding processes and feasibility studies.
  • Independently manage service and maintenance proposals, including both commercial and technical discussions.
  • Prepare and process quotations for spare parts.
  • Offer customer assistance during visits, both internal and external.
  • Facilitate daily operations effectively.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance and expand service production sales.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed education in industrial engineering or equivalent training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) with relevant experience and further education in business economics.
  • Basic technical knowledge is preferred.
  • Proficient in customer interaction.
  • Strong command of MS Office and SAP.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
