Role Overview:

In response to the growing demand for Mirakl Ads, launched as an innovative retail media solution, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in Retail Media. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our DACH region, focusing on the promotion and sale of the Mirakl Ads solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a strategic sales approach that aligns with the quarterly goals established by management.
  • Engage with retailers to advocate for and sell Mirakl Ads within your designated territory.
  • Manage the complete sales process, from initial outreach to contract finalization, encompassing technical, legal, and financial considerations.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Mirakl's offerings and effectively communicate essential KPIs to foster and expand partnerships.
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor within the Retail Media landscape.
  • Lead efforts to understand the advantages, unique selling propositions, and challenges associated with Retail Media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to pursue opportunities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships within prospective organizations, navigating through key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers using a solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Keep accurate records of activities, opportunities, and accounts in our CRM system.
  • Take ownership of developing and sustaining a robust sales pipeline.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in closing sales within the software sector.
  • A proven history of successfully managing the sales cycle from inception to completion.
  • Essential experience in the Retail Media domain.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to accelerate the sales cycle in alignment with quarterly rhythms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business practices and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in business sales scenarios that require demonstrating ROI.
  • A strong work ethic with a consistent record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills; comfort in a role with sales quotas.
  • Native-level proficiency in German and strong proficiency in English.
