Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and identify high-value potential clients to drive growth in the Retail Global Industry Unit.
- Lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a sole focus on new business sales.
- Manage strategic accounts and relationships across the team.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure coverage within the designated territory.
- Engage with customers to position Oracle Retail solutions through strategic value-based selling, case definition, return on investment analysis, references, and analyst data.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting to senior management.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
- Build long-term strong relationships in the market with key stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle software selling experience in a new business development role, with a strong background in the retail industry.
- Fluency in German and English.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Elite communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A tenacious spirit and a results-oriented mindset.
- Full ownership and accountability for accounts and deals in your territory.
