Our client, a dynamic entity in Europe's specialty chemicals industry, is seeking a strategic sales leader to propel growth and increase market presence across the continent. This pivotal role will blend technical knowledge with business acumen to drive success. Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners to drive business growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion in European markets.
  • Lead initiatives to expand product reach across diverse industrial sectors.
  • Develop cooperative strategies to strengthen distributor relationships.
  • Engage directly with clients through regular travel within Europe.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales within the chemical industry, with a proven track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of chemical science fundamentals.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Success managing multi-national sales territories and various customer types.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to undertake regular travel commitments.
