We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will be tasked with assisting both new and existing customers and partners in the DACH region regarding sales-related and technical inquiries. You will work in close collaboration with our sales teams, both internal and external, as well as the technical support department to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing inquiries from customers and partners through phone and email communication
  • Diagnosing technical challenges and providing solutions using remote management tools
  • Coordinating with sales teams to track and manage sales-related inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in the CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a commercial or IT-focused education and/or relevant experience in customer service or sales support
  • Excellent communication abilities and a strong customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently with a structured and proactive approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with current Windows operating systems is advantageous
  • Proficient in German with basic English language skills
