Sales Leader for Energy and Environment Markets

Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Account Manager will lead sales activities for polymer products in the assigned territory, with a primary focus on driving business growth and revenue expansion. The role involves engaging with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging consultative selling techniques to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with technical teams to enhance product pipelines and drive innovation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and distributors to drive sales and revenue growth
- Identify new opportunities for market development and expansion, and develop action plans to capitalize on these opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects and share best practices across regions and industries to drive business growth and improvement
- Manage daily sales operations, including negotiations, customer support, and reporting to ensure seamless execution and delivery of sales objectives
Requirements:
- University degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration
- Fluency in German and English
- Minimum 10 years' experience in commercial roles in sales or business units
- Ability to work autonomously and willingness to travel to support business growth and expansion
- Strong reporting skills and interpersonal abilities to drive collaboration and results
