In this role, you will drive business development and partnerships for our clients in the esports industry. You will identify new opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop innovative offerings to drive revenue growth through sponsorships and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure new partnerships to contribute to the revenue targets of our rightsholder portfolio in the esports industry.
  • Research and identify potential target industry sectors, brands, and contacts for partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with esports organizations, teams, and influencers.
  • Work with our ideation and conception team to create bespoke partnership proposals.
  • Conclude partnership agreements, including negotiation of commercial terms, working alongside internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and offerings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for esports initiatives.
  • Attend relevant events and conferences to network and generate new leads.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sponsorship in the esports industry.
  • Deep understanding of the esports landscape, including teams, players, events, and trends.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit.
