The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Payroll & HR Administration team as an Intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting payroll and HR administration processes for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Administration: Assist with daily payroll operations, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with audit requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Monitor and manage payroll tickets using the ServiceNow ticketing tool, providing exceptional support to our team and stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Organization: Maintain and archive employee payroll files, ensuring seamless compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and create insightful reports in Excel, driving data-informed decisions and process improvements.
  • Process Excellence: Assist in maintaining and updating process documentation, ensuring our operations are smooth and efficient.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Suite/MS Office, particularly Excel.
