Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Independently managing and advising a PAYBACK partner portfolio as part of a 'one face to the customer' approach.
  • Developing cross-channel concepts and campaigns to acquire and retain customers.
  • Focusing on the further development of all measures, deriving meaningful recommendations for action based on reports created.
  • Managing partner-specific projects and working with internal specialists from the areas of marketing, analytics, and operations.
  • Preparing high-quality presentations at management level and presenting the content to the partner in a convincing way.
  • Controlling offer processes, taking over the negotiation, and leading them successfully through to the conclusion of the contract.
  • Being responsible for creating the annual planning and the monthly forecast and achieving goals.

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • A degree in economics/business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in key account management or agency environments.
  • Relevant knowledge of CRM as well as direct and digital marketing.
  • Initial project experience or even implemented projects yourself.
  • Good analytical and structured thinking skills as well as an affinity for numbers and KPIs.
  • A strong hands-on mentality.
  • Communicative and customer-oriented demeanor.
  • Assertive and confident in negotiations.
  • A healthy dose of humor.

As a successful candidate, you will have:
