Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Lexxion Publisher.
Main Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their professional training and learning needs are met.
- Utilize strong communication skills to engage with high-level legal professionals from across the European Union, understanding their training needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the events, marketing, and database teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and engage with our target audience.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services, leveraging customer feedback and insights to drive innovation.
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English, with fluency in German being a plus.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer service or technical support.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A basic understanding of the European Union and its institutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
