About the Position

WalkMe, a leading provider of Digital Adoption Platforms, is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive sales growth in the EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from business development to closing deals, with a focus on new logo acquisition.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage sales activity, including forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Ensure quarterly quotas are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in enterprise software sales or business consulting.
  • Proven track record of success in growing and working within the DACH market.
  • Ability to manage a long and strategic sales cycle.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
