About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fashion Account Director to join our team at UNiDAYS. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with our premium and enterprise-level partners in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the account planning cycle, working closely with our account managers to ensure that our partners' needs and expectations are met.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key partner stakeholders and executive sponsors to align our activities with their business case and strategy.
  • Generate revenue through commission and advertising, working towards a defined quarterly and annual quota.
  • Work collaboratively with our account executives and managers to uncover partner needs and tie them to our products.
  • Consistently exceed or achieve campaign goals by building large-scale, globally ambitious plans with the appropriate ROI.
  • Be a product-level expert and sounding board for questions around how to position our products appropriately for our existing partners.
  • Develop and present in-person product pitches to our partners.
  • Spend over 50% of your time with partners, both virtually and in person.
  • Act as an online advertising expert and evangelist for UNiDAYS promoted products.
  • Provide deep knowledge and insight to our internal teams to drive creative and long-term improvements to our platform offering.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the fashion industry, preferably in roles such as merchandising, buying, wholesale, or related fields.
  • Proven sales and marketing expertise, with a track record of driving sales and marketing initiatives within the fashion sector.
  • Extensive proven b2b commercial experience in digital, performance, or affiliate partnerships, with a strong preference for fashion.
  • Consulting or strategic planning background, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Able to develop comprehensive forward-looking plans and execute against them with both strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Team player with a positive and dynamic personality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel.
